Verdant garden in Notting Hill Gate (W11)

This pretty garden in Notting Hill Gate had a lower patio and an upper lawn and planted area.

Our client had young children so we installed a gate at the top of the steps and supplemented it with dense planting on either side. These low level evergreen shrubs also looked attractive without blocking the view of the upper garden.

We also installed a circular Millboard patio in the upper garden, and planted roses, climbers and herbaceous plants.
