Formal front garden in Notting Hill Gate (W11)

Our clients wanted a smart, low maintenance front garden which would set off their stylish property.

We put in a gravel path and neat beds edged with clipped evergreen hedging.

We used the excellent box substitute Euonymus japonicus ‘Jean Hugues’ which looks great all year. We also included evergreen grasses and ferns, as well as Pittosporum ‘Tom Thumb’ and a small Photinia ‘Pink Marble’ tree.
